Site work for a water / sewer project in Adams, New York. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 11, 2023, all bids came in too high, so we are in the process of trying to find more funding. We are unsure at this point whether or not it will need to be re-bid. The Project includes the following Work:The Work of the Project generally consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment required to construct +/- 2,500 linear feet (LF) of water main, including a master meter pit, all water services, curb stops, meter pits, gate valves, and hydrants and other associated work. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract No.1 - General Construction Work. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,000,000. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days.
