Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Adams, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
Spring Street Gabion Wall Replacement: The project consists of the replacement of the existing 55-foot failing gabion wall with a new 52'-0" cast-in-place concrete cantilevered wall. Ancillary work consists of reconstructing the damaged sidewalk and excavated sections of Spring Street. Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percentum (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids. Replacement of existing gabion wall with a cast-in-place concrete retaining wall. necessitates the adjustment of utility facilities as hereinafter described, the owner, National Grid , of said facilities herewith agrees with the Local Sponsor that this agreement shall apply to the accommodation of these utility facilities. Any adjustment of said facilities will be accomplished under the terms of this agreement, in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Governing the Accommodation of utilities within the State Highway Right-of-Way, in compliance with the attached Special Notes and in accordance with the contract plans, specifications, proposal, amendment(s) or change order(s).
