Project includes upgrades to the HVAC and electrical systems and related architectural work at the Westmoreland Coleman Community Center, 1545 West 22nd Avenue, Eugene, Oregon 97405 BID SECURITY Bidders shall submit a Bid Security for ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount, plus any additive alternates, by one of the following methods: Attach a scanned version of a paper bid bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, Savings and Loan Secured Check, or irrevocable Letter of Credit issued by a financial institution; the validity of which will be verified after the bid opening.
