The University of Oregon, on behalf of the Oregon Hazards Lab (University), is issuing this Alternative Procurement (AP) to procure the design and manufacturing of solar power stations to power fire and earthquake monitoring equipment in remote and off-grid locations as more specifically described below. This AP is designed to provide interested Proposers with sufficient basic information to submit proposals.
