Renovation of an educational facility in Eugene, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Site preparation for the installation of two new OFOI fume hoods and cabinets into existing occupied laboratory space KCASI 348, and installation of cup sinks into two existing fume hoods in a KCASI 347L. Work will be phased to maintain 2 usable hoods throughout project by completing the installation of the two new hoods in KCASI 348 prior to completing the cup sink installation in KCASI 347L. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids and to waive minor informalities.The Owner reserves the right to hold the Bid of the three lowest Bidders for a period of 30 calendar days from the time of Bid opening pending award of the Contract
