Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Ward 7 project will rehabilitate River Road from Maxwell Road to Beltline Road. The work will include evaluation of the existing roadway structure and may include a variety of rehabilitation or reconstruction techniques. Sidewalk ramps will be upgraded within the project limits. The full scope of the project has yet to be determined and will be further refined during project plan development. As of June 27, 2023 Project is included City of Eugene - Finance Fy 2023 Budget CIP. Design is done in-house. Project is at the end of design and working on bidding for construction in the coming weeks, July 2023. Construction is anticipated to be completed by the end of the year.
