Renovation of a municipal facility in Davenport, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of August 24, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. This project includes: The renovation of the existing County Auditor's Office reception area on the fifth floor of the County Government Administration Building Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Scott County in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project on or before October 31, 2023. Scott County reserves the right to reject any and / or all bids. Further, Scott County reserves the right to resolicit and/or re-bid this project at any time in the future. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time. Interested subcontractors should contact the general contractor directly for more information.
