OPWDDs Contract Management Unit for Central NY DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Snow Removal and Ice Control Services in Cortland, Herkimer, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties. References, experience, and applicable insurances are required. Contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive bidder(s) that provide the lowest Total Price Per Season Per Cluster. There are 35 Clusters; each Cluster will be evaluated separately. Bidders may bid on one or multiple Clusters and multiple contracts may be awarded. All sites included in a Cluster are to be serviced by the Bidder who is awarded the contract for that Cluster. Prevailing Wage applies.
