A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include the remodel of approximately 13,600 square feet of the College of Innovation and Design on the second floor of the Albertsons Library at Boise State. The work includes construction of new lobby, open office area and classroom with steel stud walls and aluminum framed glazed interior wall and door system and associated finishes, mechanical and electrical work. Overland Rd., Boise, ID 83709 (208) 377-0294 Hutchison Smith Architects, 270 N. 27th Street, Suite 200, Boise, ID 83702 (208) 338-1212 A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $660,000.
