All questions must be submitted in writing about the Drawings, Specifications and Pre-Bid Meeting via RMEPS electronically. Requests received after the deadline will not be considered. All questions and associated answers and any other document changes will be sent out via RMEPS in the form of an addendum. All Addendums will become part of the Contract Documents. Northern Water will not provide or be responsible for oral clarification. The Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Northern Water) is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the Elevator Upgrade at Farr Pump Plant. The work will generally consist of: Provide modernization service for the Elevator Upgrade at Farr Pump Plant which includes material and labor. The work is scheduled to start by July 11, 2023, and shall be complete no later than September 30, 2023. The Contractor shall prepare a project schedule illustrating wheneach task will be accomplished. To the extent possible, basic interrelationships between tasks and key milestones shall be shown Submit a description of how the firm plans to complete these services (i.e., the scope), including any recommended changes or additions to the Scope of Services identified in Item V above. The Scope of Work shall include the objectives, administration, timelines and costs of any deliverables, as well as any proposed exclusions. Provide any proposed strategies based on additional insight, capabilities, or perspectives of the Contractor. Clearly describe how the proposed Project Scope of Work meets the goals of the project.
