The Project Documents may be EXAMINED BY APPOINT ONLY at the offices of NIES Engineering, Inc., 2421 173rd Street, Hammond, Indiana, 46323. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This project consists of the furnishing and installation of all equipment, labor and materials for the Improvements. The project includes trenchless construction of 775 linear feet of a 54 inch diameter slip lining of an existing 72 inch corrugated metal pipe, including lining access structure, connection to existing storm sewer, restoration and all other item within the plans and specifications. Bidders must be experienced in the construction of the type of facilities to be constructed under the contract for which a bid is submitted. Bidders shall complete Bid Form 96, Financial Questionnaire and provide Financial Statement, all to be submitted with their bid. Each successful bidder and any and all levels of subcontractors, regardless of tier and as a condition of being awarded a contract or subcontract, shall enter into a Project Labor Agreement consistent with Ordinance No. 1900 and comply with the requirements of the Town of Schererville Responsible Bidding Practices Ordinance No. 1900 adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana.
