**Parent Project** *As of November 15, 2023, this project has been awarded to a CM/GC. Currently, Bid Pack 1 of this project is being advertised for bidding. This Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) project includes: Construction of a new facility 47,250 SF that will be located on the West end of the South Campus site with a new housing building and parking structure planned adjacent to the East. The new building is planned to be 3 stories above grade and shall include a basement for utilities and storage. The Contractor for the project must be a Utah licensed General Contractor. Association with other individuals or firms having appropriate professional expertise is acceptable. The State will enter into a single agreement with the successful Contractor.
