The Work includes the renovation to the first and second floor lobbies and the supply and installation of an elevator (the "Work") for the Victoria Transit Centre, located at 520 Gorge Road East, Victoria BC. Work encompasses renovation to the first and second floor lobbies and the supply and installation of an elevator (the “Work”) for the Victoria Transit Centre, located at 520 Gorge Road East, Victoria BC. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to: Selective demolition of specified interior walls and finishes, reconfiguration of interior walls, restoration of interior finishes, supply and installation of a new elevator, new automatic entry door, millwork, associated structural work, mechanical work including revisions to the fire suppression system, ventilation system and installation of a sump and associated pump system. Electrical work to include services to the elevator and installation of a complete life safety fire system panel. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
