The City is seeking offers for an in-depth audit of the existing woodworking shops at our Parks Yard and Crystal Pool facility. TIMELINE: Request for offer from qualified consultants/consulting firms, has been issued by the owner. A professional Engineer with experience and expertise in HVAC design, retrofits and consulting is required for this project. The consulting team must also include demonstrated experience in woodworking shop design and assessment, and construction cost estimating. Further update late summer 2023, upon award.
