Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Oglesby, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.
The College Reserves a right to reject any and all proposals or waive any minor irregularities or technically In proposals revealed. Please submit all questions to Michelle Carboni, Director of Purchasing, via e-mail @ michelle_carboni@ivcc.edu Remove and replace existing lighting, connections, and cabling as needed. o Upgrade or replace current power control modules and architectural control to allow for the upgraded lighting. o Theater lighting fixtures consisting of a mix of spots and PAR fixtures (all LED) with all necessary hanging hardware. o Cyc lighting with all necessary hanging hardware. o Lighting must have a setup option for music performances (choir, ensembles, symphonies, etc.). o General work lighting for the stage for rehearsals and build days. o Integration into the current house lighting. o Utilize current locations for additional connections in the stage floor (Stage Left, Stage Right, and Upstage) and in the music pit. o All needed cabling, networking, power, and connections to support the new lighting. o All fixtures, connections, etc. must be compatible with the ETC Ion Xe 20 12K Console (already purchased)
