Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

Building 1029 at the Naval Foundry and Propeller Center (NFPC) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania was constructed between 1977 and 1979 as a one-story Propeller Shop, Administrative Offices, and Tool Crib through MIL-CON P-471. Today the building serves as a single-story machine shop as a part of NFPC. While it is apparent that the equipment within the building has been updated and replaced in multiple phases over time, the building itself does not appear to have been significantly renovated since it was constructed other than the addition of a low roof expansion at the west end of the building.
