MBE/WBE PARTICIPATION GOALS - NO REQUIREMENTS Flooring replacement at common hallways and stairs. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Removing existing plywood underlayment and finish floor tile. Preparing existing subfloor for new plywood underlayment, installing new plywood underlayment and new resilient finish floor. Removing existing stair treads and carpet baseboard and installing new resilient stair treads and resilient wall base. Preparing existing wood painted stair baseboards and repainting. Preparing existing ground level concrete floor slab and installing new resilient flooring. Patching selective damaged wall sheetrock, prepping and repainting to match existing. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. Warranties/Guaranties: refer to specification sections.
