Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Advertisement The Procurement Division for the Town of Mount Pleasant will receive bids from SCDOT Prequalified Prime Contractors for the construction of the Shem Creek Bike Lanes. The work consists of roadway activities along Coleman Blvd from the intersection of Pelzer Dr/Shrimp Boat Ln to the Whilden Rd intersection. Questions Due Date: Apr 1st 2024, 12:00 PM EDT The Scope of Services shall include, but is not limited to, relocation of existing curb and gutter, removal of existing planted medians, milling and resurfacing of the roadway within the project limits, installation of new sidewalk and multiuse path, temporary and final striping of lane lines and bicycle lanes to include green thermoplastic bike lane markings in accordance with FHWA standards, etc. based on the engineering drawings provided. Also included within the work is traffic control in accordance with SCDOT lane closure restrictions. The construction time for this project shall be one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days from the commencement date in the Notice to Proceed. The scope of work is more completely described in the plans and specifications.
