The work includes construction of an asphalt paved two-lane parent drop-off/pickup lane extension at Mamie P. Whiteside Elementary School. Work includes concrete curb&gutter, concrete walks, fencing, storm drainage collection and management system, site lighting, landscaping, playground modifications, and other appurtenances. Charleston, SC 29405 Scope of Work: The work includes, but is not limited to, construction of an asphalt paved two-lane parent dropoff/pickup lane extension at Mamie P. Whiteside Elementary School. Work includes concrete curb & gutter, concrete walks, storm drainage collection and management system, site lighting, landscaping, playground modifications, and other appurtenances as needed. Construction will be a Design-Bid-Build method. Project will be required to be designed and constructed in accordance with CCSD's Educational Specifications and Design Requirements.
