The Town of Mount Pleasant (Town) is requesting Informal Bids from interested and qualified firms for required Special Inspections and Testing services in accordance with Chapter 17 of the International Building Code (IBC) for the Phase III construction of the Memorial Waterfront Park to include a new gravel paved parking area, grassed overflow parking, new splash pad, new restroom building, new dog park, new calisthenics area with equipment, new multi-sport courts for basketball and pickle ball, a display area for bridge remnant, new maintenance improvements all associated drainage, all associated utilities, site lighting, new landscaping and all other ancillary improvements to support the new park. Questions Due Date: Never The Town reserves the right to withhold payment or make such deductions as may be necessary to protect the Town from loss or damage because of defective work, claims, damages, or to pay for repair or correction of materials furnished hereunder.
