Versailles Maintenance Garage The scope of work is for the design, construction/permitting documents, and the construction of a new Public Works Maintenance Garage to be built at 335 Kentucky Avenue for the City of Versailles Kentucky. Design-Builder shall provide a stipulated lump sum for the entire scope of work for the proposed building. Bids will be entertained for either a Pre-Engineered Wood Framed, Metal Clad building -or- a Pre-Engineered Metal Building, both meeting the minimum requirements of the design build criteria and the drawings and specifications enclosed.
