This project will replace existing deteriorated landscape at medians along Taylor Boulevard between Grayson Road and South City Limits. The project may include: 1) Replacement of existing concrete in narrow islands with ornamental concrete. 2) Replacement of landscape only in wide median areas that are safe for maintenance activities. 3) Widening of islands to provide a traffic calming effect. Since this project is located at one of the City's gateways, the final appearance and scope may require hiring a landscape architectural firm to develop conceptual plans and final design level plans. This project is included in the City of Pleasant Hill's FY 2024-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 25, 2024, information regarding a design team or a general contractor is not available.
