Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rogers, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
As of July 5, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on July 5, 2023. The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 6,661 S Y Mill Bituminous Surface 515 L F Remove and Replace Concrete Curb & Gutter 687 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (2,B) 2 EA Construct Drainage Structure The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days A pre-bid conference will not be conducted for this Project Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. The Work is generally described as follows: The furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the street construction and appurtenant work as shown on the Plans and detailed in the Specifications.
