Saving Project...

Renovation of a conference / convention center in Banff, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

We are inviting qualified vendors to submit a proposal for Construction Management Services to support the implementation of the current scope of planned upgrades and renovation to the existing Farrally Hall, Vinci Hall, and Walter Phillips Gallery space within Glyde Hall, as well as other future similar projects over the duration of the contract. All buildings are located on our Banff Centre campus. The initial Capital Program for the three identified buildings is set to include a number of mechanical upgrades (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, etc.), electrical upgrades (fire alarm systems, primary distribution, lighting fixtures, emergency power, etc.) and various architectural improvements (accessibility, space programming, building envelope, door/window systems, interior finishes, etc.). Award amount was not released for publication.
