Questions pertaining to this bid will be received until Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at 5:00 PM (local time). The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The City of Watauga also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
