CDBG Sidewalk Improvements o Approximately 9,500 SF of concrete sidewalk and approximately 100 SY of nonreinforced concrete driveway approach Due to the public location of this work, prospective bidders are encouraged to inspect the project areas and existing facilities at any time and submit all questions through electronically Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a bond for an amount of 100% of the Bid if in the form of a Bid Guaranty or in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid if in the form of a certified check, cashiers check Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety or via the electronic bid bond options available on electronically Every request for such interpretation shall be submitted via the bidexpress.com website (under 'Contractor Questions') and to be given consideration, must be received no later than 12 P.M. on June 19, 2023. Responses to requests for interpretations shall be due by the City no later than 12 P.M. on June 26, 2023 (or at least three (3) business days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids).
