Site work for a civil project in Clint, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Cost range: $6,400,000 - $6,700,000 The Successful Bidder states he or she must furnish a 100 percent (100%) Performance Bond and a 100 percent (100%) Payment Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions. The Lower Valley Water District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The work under this contract shall be for furnishing all labor, materials, transportation and services for the construction and installation of the following work: The project consists of the installation of a new Pre-Fabricated sanitary sewer lift station improvements including a new 8 ft diameter fiberglass wet well, a 8 ft fiberglass diameter valve vault with piping & fittings, submersible pumps, jib crane and odor control unit, generator; site improvements, approximately 3,600 linear feet of force main 4" PVC pipe, approximately 5,300 linear feet of 8-inch through 12-inch SDR-35 sanitary sewer pipe, and 18 48-inch manholes. Groundwater dewatering; pavement removal and replacement and videotaping the project site before and after construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All Questions are due by Friday, 06/30/2023 by 5:00 p.m.
