El Paso County Water Improvement District No. 1 ("the District") is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors interested in excavating and disposing of approximately 25,000 cubic yards of sandy sediment in the Franklin Canal between First Avenue (heading of the canal) and South Latta Street in the City of El Paso, Texas, between November 20, 2023, and March 15, 2024. The bids shall conform to the requirements of Subchapter I of Chapter 49 of the Texas Water Code. District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities and irregularities.
