The scope of the work consists of constructing a new single lane bridge off the existing alignment, removing the existing structure, constructing roadway subgrade and new pavement, turf establishment and landscaping, waterline replacement, and other incidentals. Engineers Estimate: The Engineers Estimate of the base bid for this Proposal is $750,000 to $850,000. Contract Completion Date: The Contract shall be completed on or before December 15, 2023. Work continued after December 15, 2023 shall be subject to accrue liquidated damages as set forth by the GENERAL PROVISIONS of the City of Burlington VT 2023 Engineering Specifications.
