General Scope of Services BTV is seeking the following services under this Request for Proposals ("RFP"): The following scope is an outline only and it is expected that the Contractor will provide additional recommendations for the successful completion of the project. It is expected that all entities that respond to this RFP will inspect and review the facility/site prior to providing their bid to ensure it covers all costs of completion. Duties required of the contractor include but are not limited to labor and materials to complete the following work: ORNAMENTAL FENCE Install approximately 317 linear feet of ornamental fencing; Ameristar Montage Plus, Majestic Style Clean and leave job site in a professional manner; All areas need to be verified by the proposer; Removal and disposal of all waste materials; All communication, scheduling and coordination with BTV and; Provide construction warranty and required manufactures warranty
