As of Sept 14, 2023 the project was awarded to Sealcoating Inc Dba Indus for $93,154.80. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: This work consists of crack-sealing various City Streets in order of priority as designated by the engineer. LOCATIONS: The crack-sealing work will span approximately 4.88 miles of roadway throughout the City of Burlington. The streets to receive this work may include but not be limited to: HASWELL STREET, LUDWIG COURT, CENTER STREET, FLETCHER PLACE, THIBAULT PARKWAY, ADSIT COURT, ADAMS STREEET, HUNGERFORD TERRACE, CRESCENT BOULEVARD, CROSS PARKWAY, DREW STREET, HENRY STREET, LAFAYETTE PLACE, GREENE STREEET, SOUTH UNION STREET (FROM BUELL TO PEARL), THE BELTLINE RAMPS, COLLEGE STREET (FROM CHURCH STREET TO BATTERY STREET), LOOMIS STREET (FROM NORTH WILLAR TO NORTH PROSPECT), PINE STREET (FROM MAIN STREET TO MAPLE STREET), STARR FARM ROAD (FROM CURTIS STREET TO NORTH AVE), LOPES AVENUE, ROSEADE PARKWAY, HOWARD STREET (FROM ST. PAUL TO WILLARD), KING STREET (FROM PINE STREET TO THE END OF KING STREET), AND NOTTINGHAM LANE. The MPM will determine the order of streets during the project. Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the City of Burlington for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check.
