Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Imperial, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a 7,170-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a 9,417-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
**As of October 05, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of cash, a cerOfied or cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than FIVE percent (5%) of the total bid price, payable to the District. The DISTRICT reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. The work consists generally of, but is not limited to, construction of a new Career Technical Facility and modernization and seismic rehabilitation of existing Agricultural Facility at Imperial High School. The new Career Technical Facility is to be constructed of concrete masonry bearing walls, metal stud non-bearing walls, metal deck roof over open web steel joists and steel framed covered entries with concrete steel columns for support, site concrete and typical school construction interior and exterior finishes.
