This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide maintenance, repair, and inspection services on the Centravac Chillers and the chiller water cooling towers. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate sheet which shall include all labor, supplies, materials, transportation, travel and per diem, equipment, and every other item of expense necessary to perform the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Centinela State Prison (CEN) located at 2302 Brown Road, Imperial, CA 92251. The CDCR will be accepting bids for Centravac Chillers Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Centinela State Prison (CEN) located at 2302 Brown Road, Imperial, California 92251. The Agreement term is January 1, 2024, or Upon Approval, whichever occurs last through December 31, 2026.
