Renovation of a municipal facility in Tupper Lake, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Scrape loose paint from exterior of 14 Tamarack and shed. 2. Prepare the exterior of 14 Tamarack and shed for painting including repairs (siding, shakes, and etc.) 3. Paint exterior of house and shed,1st with primer and then 2 coats of exterior paint. Color to be decided by OPWDD staff. 4. All metal exterior doors of House 14 will be primed (1 coat) and painted (2 coats) including metal frame. 5. All work is to be performed by OSHA standards. 6. All paint debris must be cleaned up by Contractor 7. A Site Visit is Mandatory. 8. Project is in a secure area; escort will be provided by DDSO. 9. Dependent on the weather, scheduled start date can be as early as Fall 2023 or Spring of 2024 The Vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to scope of work. Work is to be completed within 30 days of receiving Authorized Purchase Order, unless modified below. This is a NYS Public Works project and prevailing wages are to be paid and Certified Payrolls must be submitted at time of completion. Site must be clean, and all materials secured at the end of each workday. Absolutely no scraps, especially fasteners, are to be left unsecured. Upon completion of work, but before removal of equipment, contractor is to schedule a quality control and quality assurance inspection with point of contact and project supervisor Max Gerstenberger.
