Renovation of a golf course in Suffolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
Provide all plant, labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and other ancillary items necessary, as identified in these Contract Documents, in order to complete the Sleepy Hole Golf Course Bulkhead Replacement to the limits shown on the drawings and in accordance with all specification, terms, conditions, and drawings herein. Liquidated Damages The contract resulting from this IFB will contain the following language: If said work is not fully complete within the period stated on the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall be liable and hereby agrees to pay to the Owner as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) per calendar day for each and every part of a day thereafter that said work does not meet final completion. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 07/06/2023
