he Contractor shall furnish all materials including sign panels related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of the ground mounted sign structures listed below. In Addition, the Contractor may be requested to supply either Aluminum or Alpolic Sign panels to address safety issue which may arise during the life of the Contract. The Department will reimburse the contractor at the Contractor's actual invoiced cost. No mark-up in price will be permitted as per code of Virginia 2.2-4331. . Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on July 24, 2023.
