Maintenance & Protection of Traffic, Base Repair, Adjustment of Manholes/Catch Basins, Leveling & Wearing Courses, Milling, ADA Parking, Concrete Wall and Rail Replacement, and Miscellaneous Pave Related Work. Bid Security in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid, in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders. 100% Performance, Payment & Maintenance Bonds Are Required by the Successful Bidder for Each Contract. The Borough of Swoyersville Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids or to Waive Informalities in the Bidding. Bids May Be Held by the Borough of Swoyersville for a Period Not to Exceed Forty-five (45) Days From the Date of the Opening of the Bids for the Purpose of Reviewing the Bids, Prior to Awarding the Contract.
