Site work for a water / sewer project in Elkland, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of October 10,2023, bids received rejected due to legal problem with the borough. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Contractor shall be responsible for final project clean up of their contract section; furnishing all required record drawings, manuals, certifications; furnishing copies of warranties and maintenance schedules (where applicable) for all materials (triplicate); the necessary warranties and maintenance bonds as required by the Contract Documents. The project generally consists rehabilitation of approximately 8,000 linear feet of sanitary sewers by cleaning and lining with cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) in the Borough of Elkland, Pennsylvania. The Foregoing is a General Outline of Work Only and Shall Not Be Construed as a Complete Description of the Work to Be Performed Under This Contract. The Borough Further Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, and to Accept Any Proposal or Individual Item or Items, Which It May Deem to Be the Most Favorable to its Best Interests. All bidding questions or Requests for Information must be submitted to Bradley B Upson (bupson@labellapc.com) by 5:00 pm on September 11, 2023. Questions or requests for additional submitted after this date/time may not receive a response. The successful bidder(s) must self-perform at a minimum 50% of the contracted work.
