The project generally consists of repairs and rehabilitation to 17 or more sanitary sewer manhole structures in the Borough of Elkland, Pennsylvania. Rehabilitation may include using various methods including, but not limited to, sealing, plugging, cleaning, spray applied polyurea, glass-fiber reinforced polyester liners, grouting, grade adjustment, spot repair, reconstruction, or replacement to eliminate infiltration and provide corrosion resistance. Work may be on frames and covers, chimneys, corbel/cone, walls, inverts, or base.
