The Indiana/Westmoreland Council of Governments (IW-COG) is requesting sealed bids for various road materials. Items include but are not limited to aggregates, anti-skid, bituminous liquids, and paving materials. Participating municipalities have provided estimated quantities. Items must be PennDOT approved and delivered to each municipalitys location on an as-needed basis. All bids must be on forms provided by IW- COG and accompanied by a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of 10% of the bid. The participating municipalities reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive discrepancies in the bids or specifications which are deemed to be in the best interest of the municipality.
