Contract No. 2026 -S-01 consists of the installation and replacement of approximately 500 linear feet of sanitary sewer mainline , manholes , private laterals , restoration and associated work . Work under this contract shall include all materials , equipment , supplies , and labor for the construction as shown and specified in the Contract Documents . The project is located in Blairsville , Indiana County , PA . Prior to the award of the contract , the successful bidder shall furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond to the Owner , in the form contained in the Contract Documents and executed by a satisfactory circular 570 listed surety , each equal to 100% of the total contract amount . The bidder will also furnish evidence of insurance coverage as required by the contract documents . The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids , including without limitation , nonconforming , nonresponsive , unbalanced , or conditional Bids . The Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price , time , or changes in the Work and to award the contract as may be deemed in the best interest of the Owner .
