The Development Authority of the North Country (Authority) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the furnishing of all construction, products, commodities, labor, equipment and material necessary for the Army Sewer Line (ASL) Easement Maintenance Project. The Authority is undertaking the Cure-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of the ASL from Warneck Pumping Station (WPS), located at 23557 NYS Route 37 Watertown, and the Kanik Nature Trail Head in Calcium, and requires the existing Authority Owned parcels and easement areas cleared and grubbed for future work on the ASL.
