Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fairfield, California. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Fairfield proposes a pavement preservation project on Cadenasso Drive from approximately 160' West of Magellan Road to Beck Ave. The work will include using hot mix asphalt, ADA Ramp Upgrades, adjusting utilities to grade, and adding striping/pavement markings. Project approval also includes 2.5-inch mill and overlay with fabric for Auto Mall parkway from Laurel Creek Bridge (approximately 300' East of Hamilton Drive) to 160' West of Magellan Road. All work will be completed within local right-of-way. This project has a goal of 21% disadvantage business enterprise (DBE) participation Bid Guaranty and Bonding Requirements are as follows: (a) a bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid price must be submitted with bid proposal, (b) the successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond in the amount of 100% of total bid price.
