The Town of Middleton is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to supply handhelds or approved equivalents, mobile reading devices, and meter reading software and training. Replace a portion of the existing water meters, and to supply and install radio transmitters, or approved equivalent, on the meters that currently do not work and existing hard to read meters across the Town. This project is part of the Town's initiative to synchronize water billing methods, improve water meter accuracy, and reduce the operational cost of reading water meters across its water systems.
