Renovation of a municipal facility in Middleton, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Construction Management Services: "Sunset Meadows Campus Renovation", 1-19 Meadow Lane, and 21-39 Sunset Crescent, Middleton, Nova Scotia. The Western District and Building Design Group (BDG) of the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Agency (NSPHA or "the Agency") require the services of a Construction Management (CM) team to deliver construction upgrades to Meadow Lane Campus. The Meadow Lane Campus is a number unit (number) public housing facility owned by the Western District of the Nova Scotia Provincial Housing Authority. Documents available are provided at the time of the issuance of this Terms of Reference (ToR) for Proponent review and general understanding of the asset and intended scope, as follows: - "Meadow lane housing campus, Building assessments" by Able Engineering. - "Meadow lane site report" by Paul Davis restoration contractor. - Record document drawings on file with NSPHA BDG. - Asbestos Analyses Report-5 Meadow lane by All-Tech Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 5 Direct all questions, in writing to: MRHATenders@novascotia.ca
