Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mesa, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; service station / car wash facility; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The following is a summary of the project. The required tasks will be reviewed with the selected CMAR and defined to meet the needs of the project as part of the contract scoping. 1. Superstition Sub-station: 2430 South Ellsworth Road; Replace two (2) 12,000 gallon underground fuel tanks with three (3) 20,000 gallon underground vaulted fuel tanks and associated fuel system equipment. Construct a lighted shade canopy above the fuel station. Regrade, repave, and construct drainage structures to route onsite flows away from fuel station and restore parking lot pavement condition. Full depth pavement replacement is anticipated. Construct underground conduit between parking lot light poles to the Superstition Sub-Station communications room for future security camera upgrades. 2. Falcon Field Fuel Station; 4530 E. McKellips Road; Replace three (3) underground fiberglass fuel tank risers with three (3) new riser systems. 3. 6th Street Fueling Station: 300 E 6th Street; Replace numerous underground fuel vault concrete stack-ring risers with new riser systems. Regrade area around fuel station to alleviate ponding.
