Extendicare (Canada) Inc. invites Construction Managers to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the construction of a new 192-bed Long-Term Care Home of approximately 119,652 square feet in the community of London, Ontario. The scope of work to be carried out under this contract will be included in the RFP Conditions. Interested Construction Managers are invited to obtain copies of the RFP materials by writing to: Mr. Mitchell Cairns-Spicer, Montgomery Sisam Architects Inc. mcairnsspicer@montgomerysisam.com Each Proponent is requested to submit one (1) digital copy of their response to the RFP in a portable document format (PDF) file labeled "Construction Manager RFP for Extendicare London LTC."
