Reference Number 0000323329 Work to be done under this Contract is generally described as the construction of a 107 space public parking lot with approximately 410 tons of MDOT 5EL HMA and 670 tons of MDOT 4EL HMA; approximately 5,600 square yards of Compacted 21-AA Limestone Aggregate Base; 890 cubic yards of MDOG Class II Granular Material Subbase; construction of approximately 830 lineal feet of 21" CL IV RCP Storm Sewer, 94 LF of 15" CL IV RCP Storm Sewer, and 239 LF of 12" CL IV RCP Storm Sewer; approximately 1,400 lineal of concrete curb and gutter; approximately 2,000square fet of 4" concrete sidewalk and handicap accessible ramps; permanent pavement markings; grading, landscaping, and restoration of the site with topsoil, seed, and mulch blanket; and, all other necessary and related work.
