Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
Each bidder shall submit a bid bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The work generally consists of patching deep potholes exceeding 2-inches in depth on approximately nineteen (19) miles of City streets. The work is estimated to include: - 2,100 Tons Type SP 9.5 Bituminous Mixture for Patching - 900 Gallons Bituminous Material for Tack Coat (CSS-1h) - 420 Hours 4-Person Crew - Mobilization (Lump Sum) - Traffic Control (Lump Sum) The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
