Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work generally consists of pavement mill and overlaying 1.26 miles of public streets along MSA street Riverdale Drive between Ramsey Boulevard and Feldspar Street and 2 adjacent subdivisions within the City of Ramsey. Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling o 23,522 square yards of bituminous pavement milling, o 2,658 tons of bituminous pavement o 601 lineal feet of concrete curb & gutter, o 361 square yards of concrete walk, and o Miscellaneous other improvements substantial completion will occur by Friday, Sep 29, 2023 It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded on July 25, 2023, and that work may begin on or about August 1, 2023.
